This has to be the most satisfying development in Youth Coaching in the last 10 years. From a standing start we have grown to 29 registered Young Leaders of which 11 are tier 1 students. Numerous leaders already hold recognised FA coaching qualifications which is further supported by our own in house development programme. The confidence and ability of the lads and girls is amazing with some coaching full sessions and co-managing teams.
This is the future of raising coach standards and qualifications within the girls and boys club sections. Our first level 3 Young Leader coach by ? Paddy Power offering odds!!!
