Vacancies at

Rugby Town JFC from the Executive to the Coaches is entirely run by Volunteers, who give their time up on a weekly basis to Coach, Manage collect subscriptions and various other duties. Without these volunteers the club WOULD not function and we are grateful to them.

As you are aware we have now completed our new facility at Kilsby Lane and are now looking for additional Volunteers to help move the club forward. There are rewards as well like first choice on England Tickets, FA Cup Final Tickets, Free Subscriptions for your Son/Daughter that plays and various other deals that the club conduct throughout the season.

Coaches -
We need qualified Coaches to run Courses in the School Holidays with the first one being in July. It will be your task to promote recruit and deliver the Fun day Courses be it one day or three day or even specialist coaching.The Courses will be run at Kilsby Lane and will involve Children from 5 to 12. Saturday Morning Help -
We require Saturday Morning people to make tea and rolls to sell to our parents and family whilst Football training is taking place at Kilsby Lane. It will be a 9.30pm start with tea coffee and rolls available to all by 10am. Wrap up will be at 12 noon. This will suit possibly a Parent/grandparent who wishes to help out at the football club on a regular basis. The more people that are interested and come forward then a rota can be drawn up which creates free weekends for everyone. Interested Contact Emily Lee on 01788- 568500.

Kit Officer -
We require a kit Officer to oversee the ordering and distribution of Football kit and equipment to our Managers, Coaches players and Parents. You will need to have a computer to accept orders and have time to visit the shop at Kilsby Lane to distribute sell and order new equipment for the club and its needs. A Computer will be set up at Kilsby Lane for you to monitor what we spend give out and order. This excellent position can be shared between two people. It has its busy points i.e. at start of season so initially it will be busy. Approx time required on this is 5 hours a week Aug , Sep, then 3 hours a week to suit at shop and updates. Press Officer -
Rugby Town JFC is one of the leading junior clubs in the country. Coupled with that we create a lot of press stories and articles. We also have stories that never appear in the press that profiles the club and the excellent work it does within the Community of Rugby. The Press Officer will pick up these and deliver them to the various editors within the Football circles including the Website manager and the FA. Website Manager -
We have the website. We now need a website manager to look after and update it on a regular basis so that the world knows what is happening at the football club. If you are into computers and would like the challenge of maintaing the most talked about website in Junior Football, Time required on this per week is an average 5 hours

Sponsorship Manager -
With its new Facility at Kilsby Lane, 40 odd teams and over 600 members we need to create a sponsorship base so that with the support of businesses in the Borough the club can move to new heights. The Sponsorship Manager will create leads and follow up on a weekly basis by writing and sending a club DVD to potential Sponsors, meet them and sell the club to them so that they invest money in to it. Now that might be a new kit for a team or they might like to sponsor a league or even the Coaches, the Annual Festival or just advertise around the main pitch at the club. The choices are endless.
